因，如：用(yòng)其它信箱向我司的邮局服務(wù)器发送邮件时服務(wù)器提示： 554 mail server permanently rejected message怀疑為(wèi)垃圾邮件

(#5.3.0)，同时.為(wèi)了防止病毒邮件，我司企业邮局拒绝接收附件文(wén)件扩展名為(wèi)"exe,bat,vbs,pif,com"的邮件．

解决办法是：只有(yǒu)叫发件方减少垃圾词汇，防止我司系统判其為(wèi)垃圾邮件，详见：http://www.ccert.edu.cn/spam/sa/Chinese_rules.cf

我司未使用(yòng)反垃圾的黑名单功能(néng)，不会拒收某些ip来的邮件，所以不存在对國(guó)内、國(guó)外的邮件特殊处理(lǐ)的情况。

如果用(yòng)我司的邮局发送到國(guó)外的信箱，对方收不到邮件，则有(yǒu)可(kě)能(néng)是國(guó)外的邮件服務(wù)器把我司的Ip段列入了垃圾邮件黑名单，所以拒收了。國(guó)

外為(wèi)了加强反垃圾邮件能(néng)力，将國(guó)内的若干IP段都列入了黑名单，所以拒收来自國(guó)内的邮件是很(hěn)经常的事。
这时您可(kě)以分(fēn)析您收到的退信，根据退信内容可(kě)以判断出原因来：
